Do you have a religious affiliation?
Are you pro-choice or pro-life?
We’re not big on labels here. Our staff and volunteers don’t bring politics to work and strive to keep compassionate, client-centred care as our top priority. It’s your story and your unique journey. We’re here to listen and support you in your decision-making process to make a choice that YOU feel comfortable and confident about.
My at home test is negative, could I still be pregnant?
There are some cases where you may see a false negative, meaning your test shows a negative result when you actually are pregnant. While this isn’t common, there are a few reasons this may happen, one of them being that it is too early to detect high HCG levels.
Our pregnancy tests are for clinical and professional use with greater than 99% accuracy, and show positive results almost immediately. If you are unsure and would like to take another test CLICK HERE to book an appointment.
Do you offer ultrasounds?
Yes! All of our centres offer recreational ultrasounds. You will be able to see your baby and hear the heartbeat, but we are unable to provide any diagnostic/medical information such as the sex or exact gestational age.
I’m under 18, do I need to bring an adult with me to receive services?
Do you test for STI's?
I’m on birth control, but I’m worried I might be pregnant. What should I do?
No one birth control method is 100% effective. If you’re concerned you may be pregnant, the first step is to take a pregnancy test. We provide diagnostic, urine pregnancy tests free of charge and we can give you results quickly and confidentially.
Can I bring someone to my appointment?
You are welcome to bring someone you trust to your appointment. Pregnancy comes with many emotions and we recognize it takes boldness to seek support. Your person is welcome to join you so they can be informed about your options and support during the process. We will do the first portion of your appointment with just you, and your support person is welcome to join after that.
Do you have any services for men?
