Taking a pregnancy test is the first step. Our centres provide diagnostic, urine pregnancy tests, free of charge. If you’ve already taken a pregnancy test and need a place to talk things through, we can help there too.
We also offer recreational ultrasounds to any client who would like one.
A recreational ultrasound is not medical in nature. We cannot confirm dates, check for fetal abnormalities, or provide medical information. We simply give you the opportunity to see your baby.

You Have Options
Once you’ve confirmed your pregnancy, it’s important to know your options. A support worker will discuss each of them with you and review the services and resources that are available.

PARENTING
If you choose to parent, we provide support throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and until your baby turns two. Visit our Pregnancy + Parenting + Adoption page to view the support services available.
ADOPTION
If you would like to learn more about the adoption process, we can connect you with a local adoption agency. We also provide you with prenatal vitamins, maternity clothes, and emotional support throughout your pregnancy and adoption process.
ABORTION
If you are considering abortion, we recommend connecting with one of our support workers for more information.
We are not a medical facility and do not refer for or provide abortions.
